The Sig Sauer P365 line of pistols continues to grow. It seems there’s a version out there for just about everyone. The SAS has some innovative sights and has all of its edges smoothed out. The XL is for those who’d prefer a longer barrel. Now, for those who want their slide ready to accept a direct-mounted ROMEOZero and 12 rounds in their magazine, there’s a new version. Introducing the new Sig P365X.

The P365 redefined what a concealed-carry pistol should be. Now, the P365X features a removable rear sight plate assembly that allows direct mountingof a ROMEOZero Red Dot Sight, as well as a 3.1 inch barrel and the XSeries grip module with a 12-round flush fit magazine.
The New Sig Sauer P365X

If you’re familiar with the P365, this is all going to look familiar. The P365X is largely the same, but comes with two big changes. The slide is already cut from the factory. The ROMEOZero red dot can direct-mount to your slide, placing it much closer to the bore. The P365X also comes equipped with the XSeries grip module. This gives the user 12 rounds in a flush fit magazine. While some might complain that you lose your rear sight when you add an optic, I think this is a non-issue. Obviously, backups are always great to have. However, with the purpose of this firearm, and the distances it’ll likely be used at, there are plenty of other effective ways to aim the gun if your dot goes down.
